An executor of a Will is the person nominated to take care of your estate after you pass away. We recommend you choose at least 2 executors just in case your first chosen executor is unable or unwilling to take up the appointment.

Residuary estate refers to the assets of a person’s estate after all gifts are bequeathed and debts, taxes, administrative costs, probate fees and court costs are paid. You can specify the percentage distributions to each specified beneficiary in this section.
